Catawba County Schools issued the following announcement on January 21.
Catawba County Board of Education is holding a work session on January 24, 2022, from 10:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and a regular meeting on January 24, 2022, at 5:30 p.m.at the Catawba County Schools Administrative Services building, located at 2285 N Anderson Ave, Newton, NC 28658. The meetings will be held in the boardroom.
This is a public meeting (work session and regular meeting) and members of the public are invited to attend, however, public attendance is subject to the following current COVID-19 health directives:
A mask or face covering is required upon entering the building; and
No person should attend the meeting if the person is sick and especially if they are experiencing any of the symptoms of COVID-19 as set forth by the CDC.
