On Saturday, March 8, former East Lincoln High School standout Garrett Michel’s current college team, the Virginia Tech Hokies, won 8-5 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets.

The game took place at English Field at Atlantic Union Bank Park. This was their second matchup against the Yellow Jackets this season.

The Hokies’ next game is scheduled for Sunday, March 9 at 1 p.m. at English Field at Atlantic Union Bank Park against Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets.
