On Saturday, March 1, former East Lincoln High School standout Nathan Borchardt’s current college team, the King Tornado, lost 18-14 in their NCAA Division II baseball game against the UNC Pembroke Braves.

The game took place at Sammy Cox Field. This was their third matchup against the Braves this season.

The Tornado’s next game is scheduled for Wednesday, March 5 at 2 p.m. at Porterfield-DeVault Field against Emory & Henry Wasps.
