On Saturday, Feb. 22, former Bandys High School standout Cade Spencer’s current college team, the Lenoir-Rhyne Bears, won 9-2 in their NCAA Division II baseball game against the Wingate Bulldogs.

The game took place at Durham Field. This was their third matchup against the Bulldogs this season.

The Bears’ next game is scheduled for Friday, Feb. 28 at 6 p.m. at Schmotzer Stadium against Coker Cobras.
