Lincoln County North Carolina issued the following announcement on September 30.
Lincoln County and the City of Lincolnton are working alongside local Non-Profits to launch a new initiative to better understand homelessness in Lincoln County.
Please help us by providing public input and assisting us with information on homelessness and homeless activity you have observed in our community.
