City of Newton issued the following announcement on January 31.
NEWTON, NC (Jan. 31, 2022)—The Newton Parks and Recreation Department is pleased to present Groundhog Day Car Bingo on Wednesday, Feb. 2.
Sessions will be held at 10:30 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. Players will park in the lower parking lot behind the Newton Recreation Center and remain in their vehicles for several entertaining rounds of bingo. Cost is $5 for each 10-game session, and snacks and drinks are included. Join the fun and honk your horn when you have B-I-N-G-O!
Reservations are required by calling the Newton Parks and Recreation Department at 828-695-4317.
