City of Lincolnton issued the following announcement on March 29.
TUESDAY 3/29 -- Congress Street between High Street & South Government will be down to one lane through the stoplight as sidewalk repairs at the Marcia H. Cloninger Rail-Trail are completed. Use caution in the area and at the intersection!
