“I would not intentional hurt someone.”
The woman accused of attempting to kill a Lincoln County deputy cried in court today. The sheriff said Kara Johnson hit the deputy sending him tumbling over a car, o. highway 73 in Denver, then she tried to hit him again. Bystanders pulled him out of the way.
The officer is expected to recover. Johnson’s bond is set at $750,000 for attempted murder. She has a probable cause hearing set for March 13th.
