On Sunday, Feb. 23, former East Lincoln High School standout Betsy Eatmon’s current college team, the UNC Greensboro Spartans, won 5-0 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Towson Tigers.

The game took place at UNCG Softball Stadium. This was their first matchup against the Tigers this season.

The Spartans’ next game is scheduled for Wednesday, Feb. 26 at 3 p.m. at Lady Aggies Softball Complex against North Carolina A&T Aggies.
