The fourth quarter of 2020: Home prices in Alexis fell

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2020 in Alexis fell by $16,500 while total sales remained unchanged with two homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2020, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $215,000 - a 7.1% decrease over the $231,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Alexis in the fourth quarter of 2019, as well.

The median sales tax in Alexis for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $1,383, approximately 0.6% of the median home sale price for the fourth quarter of 2020.
