Western Piedmont Symphony issued the following announcement on August 12.
Side/Show is back! Sponsored by the City of Hickory, this Side/Show will be presented alongside Downtown Hickory's Art Crawl on Thursday, September 9, 2021.
Side/Show lets you experience live music in a unique performance format that features live WPS and local musicians in non-traditional settings scattered throughout Downtown Hickory.
Also presented is the Downtown Hickory Art Crawl. Local artists showcase their talents. More than 20 businesses host artists.
The Art Crawl kickoff will begin at 5:00 PM, with music beginning at 5:30 PM at various downtown locations.
Admission to this special event is FREE, courtesy of the City of Hickory.
