North Lincoln High School issued the following announcement on September 11.
Here are a couple of important reminders for the coming week.
Dress Code. Please be sure that students are complying with the Lincoln County Schools dress code. This policy was shared with all students in homeroom and is available on our school's website. We have been seeing an increase in the number of write-ups for bare midriffs and short shorts or jeans with holes above the knees (for the ladies) and hats/hoods (for the guys). We ask for your help in complying with the simple task of dressing appropriately so that no class time is lost as a result of clothing.
Illness. If your student is currently positive for Covid-19, has been exposed to anyone positive for Covid-19, or is waiting on Covid test results, please contact the school so that we can discuss next steps and dates for your student’s return to school. If your student is experiencing symptoms, please err on the side of caution and keep your student home. Contact the school to discuss next steps. It is imperative that we work together to make sure that our school family is healthy and safe at school. As a reminder, all quarantined students will be marked as a remote learner. The district expectation is that quarantined students login to Canvas daily in order to complete assignments by the due dates.
Thank you in advance for your help in these matters and thank you for your continued support of North Lincoln High School.
Go Knights!
