Newton-Conover City Schools Child Nutrition Department is currently accepting Invitations for Bid to provide Ice Cream products for school cafeteris for the 2022-2023 school year.
Invitations for Bid are due by 10:55 am, EST, March 25, 2022. If interested, please contact Nancy Price, Director of Child Nutrition at nancy.price@n-ccs.org or call 828-464-3191 for more information.
Calendar of events:
February 25, 2022.......Date of issue for the Invitation for Bid
March 11, 2022...............Last date for submitting questions and noting discrepancies
March 25, 2022.............Proposals due from vendors by 10:55 am EST
March 25, 2022.............Bid Opening at 11:00 am EST
April 12, 2022..................Notification of intent to award proposal sent to all participating vendors
